I was thinking about selling my house. A friend recommended that I set a meeting with Tyler to get advice. I was going to borrow money from my retirement for improvements and wanted guidance on what would sell faster. Tyler advised not to borrow money. He advised that the improvements needed would be minimum and the buyers could negotiate. He had the house sold the next day. I couldn't be happier. The buyers did negotiate for me to pay a portion of their closing costs. I agreed to that because that was less money than I planned for improvements. Also, a quick sale saved me $1000/month house payment. Tyler gave excellent advice all the way around. He gave me the options.
